Pick Up & Drop Off Service

Our rentals start and finish at our office at Burleigh Heads, if it is not convenient for you to come to our office, we can arrange a concessionally priced pick up (or return) service from the Gold Coast Airport, Robina Railway or local accommodation. (E.g. Airport pick up or return is $20 each way or $35 for a round trip).

"Pick Up & Drop Off" doesn’t mean the car - it means that we come and get you, or we take you back after you have returned the car to us. If your pickup or return is outside our normal business hours, we can arrange for the vehicle to be picked up from or returned to the Gold Coast Airport – the fee for this service is $25 for each sector.

In addition to our charges mentioned above, an "Airport Access Levy" of $8.50 (per carload) applies when we pick you up from Gold Coast Airport - no levy when we take you back to the airport.

If we are picking you up from the Gold Coast Airport, we will usually meet you at the baggage reclaim area - you can identify us because we will display a sign with your name on it. We will bring you back to our office in beautiful Burleigh Heads (right in the heart of the Gold Coast), complete the paper work and hand over the vehicle to you.

If you are arriving or departing via Brisbane Airport, you can:

A. Choose to catch a train to the Gold Coast from Brisbane Airport (just outside the terminal) at a cost of about $23 per adult and a frequency of every 30 minutes. We can meet you at or return you to Robina Railway Station (fee applies).

Or

B. Use a commercial airport transfer service such as www.con-x-ion.com ; www.goldcoasttransport.com.au ; www.topflight.net.au or Door2Door on +61 7 5535 7003. We can meet you at or return you to your accommodation (fee applies).

Or

C. Rent for one day from one of the major car rental companies on the basis of pick up car at Brisbane Airport and return at Surfers Paradise (or vice versa). We can meet you at or return you to your accommodation or the other rental office (fee applies).
